Last updated: 14 October 2026. This notice covers the website’s repair reports, enquiries and private service desk.
Who handles your information
Bristant Investments Limited, company number 00836132. Registered office: 1st Floor, 314 Regents Park Road, London N3 2LT. Contact info@bristantinvestments.com with privacy questions or a data-rights request.
What you provide
Repair reports contain your name, telephone number, email, property and unit, issue details, urgency, photographs and access preferences. Enquiries contain your contact details and message, plus any optional home preferences you provide. Please avoid identity documents, financial documents or photographs showing other people unless necessary to explain the issue. Do not put passwords or alarm codes in a report.
How the information is used
We use it to respond, assess and arrange repairs, communicate progress, manage property enquiries and keep a record of the request. Relevant details may be shared with a contractor arranging the work. We do not publish your report in the public portfolio.
Processing needed to manage a tenancy or respond to a request may be necessary for a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interests in managing properties and communications. Where a separate optional use needs consent, you can withdraw that consent. The form checkbox confirms that you have read the information and agree to the stated contact arrangements; it does not remove your statutory rights.
Storage and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare hosting, database, file storage and email services. Authorised Bristant staff use the private service desk. Email copies may also be held in Bristant’s email system. Google reviews load automatically on the homepage through Elfsight. The portfolio map automatically loads OpenStreetMap tiles; see our cookies and external services information.
Keeping records
Records are kept while needed to manage the request, tenancy, legal obligations or related claims. They are not automatically deleted when marked completed. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your record and for any question about hosting locations or international transfers.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, or request erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where the relevant right applies. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. You can raise a concern with us or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Tracking a request
Keep your repair or enquiry reference private. Repair tracking requires the reference, the email used in the report and property postcode; enquiry tracking requires its reference and the email used in the form. Do not share a tracking link with someone who should not see the update.
